Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to any end-user customer residing in the Philippines who availed the PIXMA PRINTERS mentioned above from Canon Authorized Stores within the promo period.

2. Customer who availed the PIXMA G1010, G1730, and G2010 will get 500 points, 1,000 points will be given to customers who purchased G1020 and G2020, while customer who availed PIXMA G2730, G3010, G3730 and G4770 will get 2000 points.

3. For points to be awarded, customer must download the Canon Delightful App and register their newly purchased product (see details below of the Canon PH Delightful App step by step)

4. Every 1 point is equivalent to Php1.00 which can be redeemed from participating E-GC Giftaway merchants included on the Canon PH App.

STEP BY STEP PROMO MECHANICS

HOW TO JOIN:

Mobile App Registration

Customer must download the Canon PH Delightful App at the Google Playstore or Apple Store and completely fill out the following fields:

a) Full name (First Name, Last Name) b) E-mail address c) Mobile Number d) City/Province e) Gender f) Birthday f) Password

Customer will be sent a validation e-mail to confirm his or her registration.

All participants will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the promo via the Customer Information form or after registering online. By choosing the “agree” tick box, a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the promo.

HOW TO EARN POINTS:

1. Participant must be a registered Canon PH Delightful App member who completed his or her registration via the Canon PH Delightful app.

2. Once registered, the customer needs to follow the steps in inputting their purchased canon products:

a. Select the product type b. Product QR Code (scan via Mobile app) c. Product Serial Number (scan via Mobile app) d. Store Name e. Enter purchase date f. Official receipt (upload via Mobile app) g. Enter paid amount h. After entering the details, the customer proceeds to the next step to check his/her entry.

If it’s correct, customer will click “submit”.

*The name of the customer on the receipt must be consistent to that of the Canon PH Delightful App registration details.

3. After doing the steps, customer will get the points within 5 working days (max).

4. Customer is only allowed up to 5 input purchases. *Corporate and bulk purchases are not eligible to join the promo.

5. Customer will receive an EMAIL that their reward points were credited. Reward points will depend on the ongoing promos of selected product model that the customer purchased.

Customer is given additional 90 days or 3 months to register his/her purchase after the end of promo period. And 180 days or 6 mos to convert the points into rewards. All unclaimed points will be forfeited in favor of Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. Subject to trade rules and regulations in concurrence with DTI.

HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS:

Note: The participant must be a registered Canon PH Delightful App Member who has a purchase participating Canon product.

The Canon PH Delightful App must log-in using his or her dedicated username and password via Mobile app.

The Canon PH Delightful App member will browse through the Canon RED Catalogue Member must select an item from the catalogue and desired quantity. He or she must have enough points equivalent to the item that he or she is redeeming. Canon PH Delightful App member will click “Redeem” A notification will prompt that his/her reward is in process. Customer will then receive a notification email and sms that his/her reward is ready to redeem.

REMINDERS FOR REDEMPTION:

1. Participants must ensure correct contact information (email address and mobile number) are to be provided.

2. All employees of Canon Philippines, Inc., Promo agency, Canon product resellers and their partner agencies / third parties, its dealers, suppliers and employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

REWARDS:

1. A maximum of 5 input purchases may be processed by Individual customer

2. Merchants will validate any redemption claim from the customer by collecting the transaction number sent via Email or SMS.

3. Merchants have the right to deny any claim if the customer has not presented the required transaction number from the select mode of delivery.

NOTIFICATION OF VALID REGISTRATION:

A real-time prompt and a welcome e-mail with a validation link will be sent.

A participant will only be considered a member once he or she clicks the validation link sent to the e-mail address provided.

All valid participant registrations will be considered participants of the Canon PH Delightful App Promo, part of the Canon Community and shall be addressed as Canon Delightful App Members.

Canon holds the right to deny registration if participant does not adhere to the conditions above.

VI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Canon Marketing Philippines Points for Prizes Promo is open to all participants within the Republic of the Philippines.

To avail of the promo, the participant should have at least a purchase of participating Canon products. The participant must then register as a Canon PH Delightful App member via the Canon PH Delightful App.

A registered participant is understood to have read and agreed with above stated terms and conditions. Canon Marketing Philippines shall not be held liable for any tampering, duplication, and/or theft of required documents (i.e. Box cut-out, serial nos.) The participant represents and warrants to Canon Marketing Philippines that all materials and information provided are authentic, true and correct and the entries submitted are participants’ own.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants agree to give Canon Marketing Philippines full rights to all information shared such as Full Name, Contact details, and E-mail address for the purposes of advertising, marketing, research and the like. The information collected is considered to be the property of Canon Marketing Philippines.

Participant shall be held responsible for all personal and purchase information submitted for the promo. Canon Marketing Philippines reserves the right not to honor claims.

Multiple registration (for example, customer purchases a Canon product, replaces it with the dealer/ Canon authorized center for another unit) due to replacement units caused by defects, change of preferences, and other reasons will not be honored in this promotion.

Canon bundles during corporate events and special promotions are not included in the promo.
